About Lulu

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Bedtime Lulu(also referred to as "Lulu", the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Bedtime Lulu is the legal entity that provides the Lulu service — a bedtime story app that generates personalized stories for children using AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per household is intended.

Content

Stories are generated by AI and reviewed for child-appropriateness. However, we cannot guarantee every generated story will meet your specific expectations. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately.

Subscriptions and Billing

Lulu offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Lulu Plus") billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Usage Limits

Free accounts have limits on story generation, library size, and other features. Plus subscribers receive higher or unlimited usage. We reserve the right to adjust these limits as the service evolves.

Intellectual Property

The Lulu character, branding, and app design are owned by Bedtime Lulu. Stories generated for you are yours to enjoy with your family. You may not redistribute or commercially use generated content.

Disclaimer

The Lulu service is provided by Bedtime Lulu "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
