When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and information about your children (first names, birthdates, and gender) to personalize bedtime stories.

How We Use Your Data

• Save your story library so you can revisit favorites
• Improve the Lulu experience

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Lulu is a parent-owned subscription service. All accounts are created and managed by adults (18+). Children do not register, log in, transact, or maintain their own accounts on Lulu. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

The only information about a child that the service receives is what a parent or guardian voluntarily enters to personalize stories: a first name, an approximate age, and gender. This information is used solely to tailor age-appropriate bedtime stories, is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and can be deleted at any time from the Profile page. The app contains no chat, no user-to-user contact, and no social or public sharing features.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Stories and profile data are tied to your authenticated account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can update or delete your profile and children data at any time from your Profile page. To delete your account entirely, contact us at info@luluapp.me.
