Refund Policy

14-Day Refund

If you change your mind about a Lulu Plus subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the amount you paid within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your payment method and bank.

Free Trial

Lulu Plus annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period.

Statutory Rights

Where local consumer law grants you a refund right that this policy does not cover, that statutory right takes precedence.
