Refund Policy

Annual Plan

Lulu Plus annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends, no payment is taken. After the trial, if you change your mind you can request a refund within 14 days of being charged. Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan is billed one month at a time and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops your next charge, and you keep Plus access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Because of this, we do not provide refunds for partial or already-used monthly periods. We will, of course, refund genuine billing errors such as duplicate or accidental charges.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@luluapp.me with your account email address and the charge in question. We respond within 3 business days.

Statutory Rights

Where local consumer law grants you a refund right that this policy does not cover, that statutory right takes precedence.

Merchant of Record

Lulu Plus payments are processed by Creem (operated by Creem Labs, Inc.), our Merchant of Record. Charges on your statement appear from Creem. Refund requests can be submitted to us at the email above; we coordinate with Creem to process the refund to your original payment method.
